Gaming in borderless fullscreen low refresh rate problem

Hello,

 

After the recent windows feature update, I can't play games in borderless mode at 165 hz. It seems like 60, maybe less I don't know. I was doing just fine before that. Do I need to change some settings to be able to play again in borderless mode?

 

(My monitor has a fps counter built-in, It counts the fps when I'm in fullscreen mode but when I'M in borderless it stuck at 165 hz. Never changes).

 

-Everything is up to date.
