server motherboard psu doubt

So i'm currently building a cheap blender rendering pc for a friend. I currenlyy have two E5 2640, and i saw a G29051-354 S2600G motherboard very cheap, but i have some doubts.

I alredy have 3 HP 1200W CS Platinum  656364-B21 660185-001. Will the work with the motherboard? they appear to have the same connector and the same lenght, but i need to know for sure that they will work before buying
