So I formated the USB stick into fat32 throught a tutorial and then put on the windows 8 iso file that i downloaded off of mircosoft's website. I just put it in my PC and it was there just wouldnt boot so I want to reinstall it all on my USB stick. Please give some nice instructions because I am stupid.

Did you follow these instructions? http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows7/a/install-windows-7-usb.htm

Its the same for Windows 8 I believe except there is different .Iso files you download

Go to bios and change the boot order

 

I did that and when i restart the PC it says " remove disk or other media.

Press any key to restart."

 

remove the usb stick and its gone but well that ruins the point since that has the install.

I don't have a cd so that's out the window. Yes it is a legit code.

I wonder what's your win 8 edition?

If is was Enterprise Edition, you can try "windows tio go" to make a portable win 8

If it was not Enterprise Edition, I know aomei partition assistant has a function named "windows to go creator"

You can try, I think it is interesting.
