I am using a very old Dell motherboard, and the power button connector is a huge 13 pin connector. I have another case i want to use that only uses a tiny little 2 pin kind of thing. Is there some way i could make it work? Ill send a link to the motherboard manual to show you the layout.

I'm not sure if you'll be able to find an adapter as I'm pretty sure this is a proprietary connector. It might be possible to remove the power button from your original case and attatch it to the new one. Not sure exactly how you'd go about this as I don't have diagrams for the new case.

I think your best bet is to DIY the connection since I'm not aware of any off the shelf adapter.

What's the model number of the motherboard? We might be able to find a pinout for that connector.
