It could be just degredation/burn in. CPUs can be surprisingly stable at high clocks and low voltage when they are brand new, but soon settle to "normal levels" (depending on how high OC you are running off the bat) and then very slowly degrade over the years if the voltage is at normal range. If you missed a spot on the die, it could cause it, but otherwise I don't think 10 C would amount to 0.050 V difference in your case.
