Increasing VCore Over Time (For Stability) Help

It could be just degredation/burn in. CPUs can be surprisingly stable at high clocks and low voltage when they are brand new, but soon settle to "normal levels" (depending on how high OC you are running off the bat) and then very slowly degrade over the years if the voltage is at normal range. If you missed a spot on the die, it could cause it, but otherwise I don't think 10 C would amount to 0.050 V difference in your case.

I have a Asus PRIME Z270-A, 7700k, and Corsair Vengeance 8x2 LPX DDR4 3k.

I'm running a Delid with CoolLab Liquid Ultra, and a CLC280.

 

My question is, since first installing the Liquid Ultra about a year ago, and today, there's a total of around a 10 degree idle (Now 50), and a 7 degree Load Average (57 degrees) difference [~75 degrees over 24 hours of stress tests].

 

Would this change over time slowly cause my 7700k to require more and more VCore? Because I've gone from 1.28 a year ago to be stable at 4.8GHz, but CURRENTLY, I'm sitting at 1.328 to stay stable, and the only thing that hasn't changed, is replacing the Liquid Ultra. Whether it be changing Memory Clocks, Bios settings, nothing I'm doing seems to help.
