They have different looks? I mean looking at the product pages you can qutie clear differences.

  • Front I/O is different. P7-C1 has two more USB ports and what appears to be an SD Card slot
  • I can't tell for certain, but the P7-C1 looks like it has a vertical video card mount. Or at least some vertical mount, possibly for a blower style fan that would normally take up an expansion slot.
