What is going on with my windows 10?

IsmetGS

So since yesterday only windows related UI, so start bar, settings etc is stuck like my up arrow key is stuck.

This doesn't apply to anything else, just windows UI. I checked to see every keyboard input that is going through and nothing unusual is going through.

idk how to fix this, any ideas?

Thanks.

even with the keyboard not being plugged in, still thinks theres a arrow key going up, check the onscreen keyboard and doesnt seem to detect a up arrow key or any unusual input either.

I ran windows in safe mode and it wasn't happening on there, so i assumed it was a driver issue, went back on to normal mode to fix the problem, but it just suddenly fixed itself. GG
