I find a corrupted .dll Causing Solidworks to crash, when loading a Add-on Tool.

So I did a clean install of Windows 10 P Workstation, New from MS. diskpart in cmd Admin on the SSDD and scrubbed it.

I started loading my driver's one by one. MS login to my account. The PC turned into a new beast. Looks, feel, an performance.

Loged into my Office 365. I downloaded my Office software. I was impressed by the look of the buttons and GUI was 3D in aspect.

Then I get a  Memory low need to log out msg. I look at Performance monitor. My Network is blowing up on TCP ports. 128 GB of network traffic. WTF. Looked at my Firewall and MS bots going nuts. Looked at my Crossair App. To see my CPU was at 120°. Looked inside and the water cooler fan was barely spinning

IDK what my problem is. I need to figure it out soon.

What are some suggestions on my Build on my BIOS? And any other information would be appreciated.

Build

ASRock X99X Fatal1ty Mobo

XeonE5 W2687 V4

16GB RAM x 8 = 12

Nvidia Quadro M5000

RM850i PCU

SSD 950 PRO @ 500 GB

SSD 850 PRO @ 1      TB
