Hello everyone 

 

I am creating a budget build and I am going to be using a GTX 1050. I have two in mind the ASUS expedition series 2GB 1050 and the gigabyte 1050 oc 2GB. Which one should I get?

What's the budget? I'd honestly look into at least an RX 570, the 1050 is really weak.

Buy the one that's pre-overclocked (the gigabyte one), it should give you better performance if it can stay cool.

I can’t really spend more than 190 in Aus dollars.

1050 is so weak i think better off looking at rx570-580 if u can. Dont spend little and then spend more again this should be a one off thing

If you're so hyper budget conscious, just wait for the next Nvidia lineup. Then, everything you want will be $50-75 cheaper, and the stuff at the same price point will be more powerful.
