Although it looks like it was made for communication purposes it seems to have decent room for storage. Maybe add a suitable operating system and make it a client-client media storage server to keep things simple. Not sure if this is entirely possible.

The CallManager OS installed on them is only good for handling a Cisco VOIP setup so you would need to replace with something, maybe Ubuntu Server?

Since they are just rebadged HP Proliants.

Keep them somewhere isolated unless you want to listen to a small vacuum cleaner. It was fun starting one of those for the first time back at my old schools Cisco Academy and both teachers started wondering where the heck we could put them while being able to talk in the classroom.
