Roccat Cross

I need a new pair of headphones, as my last pair of Razer kraken broke. There is a pretty nice -36% offer on Roccat Cross headphones in a store here, and it comes with 2 years' warranty. 

Are they worth buying for 50$? I've heard some good things about them but I'm not sure yet. Does anyone reccomend them for that price?
