Your might have a problem with your RAM. If you have a friend that has DDR4 RAM, try using theirs in your system.

Could both RAMs brake at the same time?

It's not unheard of. I've had two RAM sticks go at the same time.

I had a similar problem with my Asus crosshair (amd).  The pc would randomly shut down and not start again before I had tried a billion times. The Mobo led indicated RAM issues. I did a Bios flash to the latest bios version and it have worked ever since.

How do you BIOS flash if it won't boot? I'm intrigued.

What I did was to download the latest bios on to another computer and place it on a USB stick. I used the USB stick in the port on the mobo and pressed the bios flash button.  Not sure if he has that option, but I can see a bios flashback header on the motherboard , page 1-33 in the manual.  I'm fairly new to computer building so IDK but it helped me with a similar problem
