I'm getting a GTX 1070ti and ryzen 7 2700x. I wonder if it will be enough to stream at 1080p 60fps with x.264 with 6mbps on obs while playing pubg over 144fps with the graphics set to competitive..help here maybe?? I'm going for ryzen because I want the stream quality to be good.

That is going to be pushing your GPU to the limit, I am not sure that the 1070 ti can continuously hit 144 fps while rendering in 60 fps in such a poorly optimized game as PUBG. Otherwise it's fine.

well your GPU will no where near bottleneck the CPU. In fact, 1080TI SLI wont be a bottleneck either. Get some fast ddr4 rams and call it a day. You need fast rams to maintain high FPS especially at over 100+ fps. Fast rams do not change your average and highest FPS much but it does prevent frame drops. 16gb of the fastest rams should do. Make sure the CL is tight on it too. (get the ram with the lowest CL)

CPU: 8600k @4.9  (1.39v) |  Cooler: NH-U14s | Mobo: Asus Strix z390i | Ram: Gskill DDR4 Trident Z 3600 8GB x 2 16-16-16-36

GPU: Gigabyte G1 1080 GTX | Case: Prodigy ITX | Fans: NH-A14, (exhaust) NH-A12, (intake) NH-A20 (intake)

Samsung EVO 1tb | Samsung EVO 512gb x2 | Intel ssd 128gb

PSU: Powerstation 500W

You may struggle to hit 144hz sometimes on your side. But it should be fine.

pubg over 144fps

Not even the most powerful super computer in the world can do that

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

A joke based on how poorly PUBG runs in general.
