I need a quality speed. ISP.

It's not really off-topic however I just don't know where to post it :S

I've been pestering my dad to finally change the ISP from Talktalk. My speed test for the past months is kinda shitty ofcourse.

Its anywhere under 10m/bits download and less than 1m/bit upload :( Trying to find a fibre optics ISP & look at these two images someone is stupid enough to not put my county westminster one of the most busiest parts of London out of the question -_-

that sucks ass... pretty sure replacing all the cables with fibre is too expensive for a busy part of london

My part of the UK has fibre, hence my speed. I live in Newcastle and I have Sky Fibre Pro :)
