May I know the Die of my RAM

IF it means anything, I don't think it's B-Die. The CAS latency is too high. G SKill Sniper 3600 MHz CL19 has similar timings and uses Hynix M-Die, so it's possible that that's what this also uses. I'm not sure though.

I'm getting amd ryzen 2700x with MSI x470 Gaming PRO Carbon and for RAM I chose 16GB Dual Channel G.Skill Ripjaws V 3600MHZ kit it's timings are 19-20-20-40 and here is the Part number

F4-3600C19D-16GVRB. My uncle already bought and received the parts and he'll soon bring it to India. Got it for 184 USD. So just want to know the die. And also may I also know how to identify the B-Die RAMs?

Possibly. I wouldn't count your chances since Ryzen likes B die a lot more but Ryzen 2 has a much better IMC so it's possible 3600 will work.

Ok cool but one thing I'm not worried is on the motherboard support page it says 3466 but x470 can support 3600 and also that is listed for m7 gaming I guess and I'm thinking that we can oc it manually if 3466 is the max.

Msi has only validated ram up to a 3466 mhz kit. That doesn't mean 3600 won't work; it just means that they have not tested one that does.

I'm lucky my uncle bought the sniper x but I told him for that ripjaws so I'm happy
