well the 1800x doesnt come with a stock heatsink/fan so you will need to buy one.

You do need to get a cooler as the 1800X does not come with an in the box thermal solution. 

 

My suggestion is to just grab a 1700 and OC it, wither with the provided wraith spire or with an aftermarket solution.
