Recovering Google Account

I deleted my google account for privacy reasons, and I want to make a new one but it requires a phone number. To hell with that, I'm not telling.

So I tried to recover my account. It is registered as , and I verify that email address, but then it says thank you for verifying , but we could not verify that belongs to you.

 

This is the most retarded rubbish, I made sure it's the same everything and I wasn't sure where to post this but this forum seemed sort of related. Please help me recover that account, or create a new one without a phone number (it forces me to verify! I am using a desktop computer by the way.)

Why not create one from an open source service/server if you're against GMAIL?

Because I want the account for google. I do use a different server for email. Proton-mail, because it is encrypted and is under strict swiss privacy laws.
