so i notice that its really hard to find a TDP rating for a certain graphics card but basically any CPU has it listed somewhere official  why aren't more or really any graphics card TDPs listed? they also sell after market cooling solutions for them so if thats the reason that seems a bit silly, is it because different PCB designs affect it so greatly? but even then why not have the " original / founders " PCBs TDP under stock conditions?

For CPUs, TDP is usually the most power it will use and give out at stock speeds and voltage. For GPUs, TDP is the total amount of heat the cooler can dissipate at once. My 750Ti, for instance, has a TDP of 65w, but uses only 30w. A Ryzen 5 1600 has a TDP of 65w and also uses 65w.
