I would go for the higher resolution one(last one), for me it is definitely worth it to have more detail.

And you get freesyc, which is useful if you have an AMD gpu.

edit:

But if i had to choose between the first 2, I would take the BenQ one as it has more ports and I have better experience with BenQ.

I have a 1070ti so Freesync doesn’t matter... thing is though the last one is the price of two of the former

Wait what? , Benq better than asus on monitors??? when where who?. If you got a 1070ti have you searched for 1080p 240hz? or 144hz 1440p with gsync? i've got a 1070 and a 144hz 1440p and allways think that i would have better gaming experience with 1080p 240hz gsync.  So dont rush on a screen :P

The AOC Agon AG251FG can run at 2560x1440 144hz, or up to 240 Hz at 1080p. Look for that screen.

I would recommend the Dell Gaming S2716DGR. Don't get turned off by the Dell part, it's a really good monitor. It's 1440p and 165hz, with G-SYNC (better than your other listed 1440p monitor cuz that has freesync which is useless with your 1070ti)

Here's the 27" version:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0149QBOF0/?tag=pcp0f-20&th=1

There's also a cheaper 24" version
