Sooo , 2 or 3 weeks ago my isp installed a new internet connection in home however i've seen lag spikes , in between 40-300 ms when ping directly to the router (Only via WI-FI)

The main reason which im consern is because in my friend's home there is the exact same model and there is no latency whatsoever , there is something i can do by myself before asking My ISP to come again, as far a I know the only thing they did was swiching the wifi channel which kinda worked lagspikes are know between 20-45 ms but there is still a lot of them .

Thanks in forehand , sorry for my shitty english and my router is a ZTE ZXHN F660

its not your ISP Modem causing it, its the wifi connection, likely either poor distance, or interference.

It could be interference ,but i think is unlikely i'm sitting literaly right beside the router .

then you need to get a wifi channel analyzer on your smart phone and see where your best channel is. The only channels that do NOT overlap and should be used on the 2.4ghz spectrum is 1, 6, 11.

Could it be you computer needing driver updates?

Sitting right beside the router doesn't mean there is no interference.

edit:

and like I said, try finding a less used channel.(It seemed to have worked the first time you tried too.)

no not really. Whats more concerning is that you are right next to the router, yet you are using wifi instead of a direct connection..
