Sorry if I post this on the wrong thread, i just don't know what happened to my pc, but it keep rebooting itself over and over and over again

My mouse is not turned on, and my monitor is only getting a dim light, while my keyboard only the blue downside lighting work, the rgb doesn't turned on

Is it faulty psu? Or my motherboard?

So in general, is my pc finally meets its demise?

Have you tried reseting CMOS/BIOS there may be a bug in there.

I do not think it is the PSU but there is a simple way to check :

http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-power-up-an-ATX-Power-Supply-without-a-PC/

Regarding motherboard, does it bip or give you a code? There also are different leds that turns on before it POST (when it does) that check each main component is working. Take a look if it always stop on the same one.

What you can also try is leaving only one stick of RAM and if it doesn't work try with another one.

No the motherboard doesn't bip at all, i thought it was the psu because before all of this happened, i hear an electric current through my speaker, i thought it was short circuited

Was there smoke or anything coming from the psu?

Any burn marks on your motherboard?

Welcome to the forum!

Thank you.

Try unplugging anything unnecessary (both inside and outside of your computer) and see if it starts or if you have any display.

You may want to try without your graphics cards as well, especially if you have integrated graphics (sorry didn't look on the internet if your computer has it). See if it goes through any of the POST operations.

No nothing at all, it's like my pc is okay physically, but i know its not

Im off to sleep.

Theres 2 ways that this can be continuedl

either

1) the psu, mobo, or wiring is being weird. Check your cabling, make sure theres no burn marks, exploded caps. If in doubt, swap out the part and see if theres any difference.

or

2) your computer just glitched out for no reason. If so, just restart it

Hope you get the help you need!

Quick googling shows that it does have integrated graphics :)

It keeps turning on and turning off by itself continously

Sorry if i was not being specific i just so confused

I'm opening my pc right now to check my wiring

If it does that, it is most likely the power supply. Try and acquire a new power supply to test with.

why would this be the powersupply?

rebooting over and over can be many things and the PSU would kind of be the last thing i would check in this case because power is there

check the mobo, psu, and wiring.... also check the cpu and ram, though I highly doubt that thatll be it.

Yes, but a dead power supply should also be providing unstable power, thus the computer switching on/off
