When I played Fortnite and streamed last night, I was getting 95% roughly on my i5 6600k. Now I'm just playing fortnite, same settings not streaming but cpu usage ranges from 88% to 99%. Will streaming increase the temperature but decrease the usage even by a little bit

High temps do not improve the efficiency of CPU, quite the opposite actually, the higher temps force the CPU to slow itself down to avoid cooking. Therefore that higher percentage is the game requiring the same amount of computational power, while the CPU is running at slower speeds.
