Looking at your game play list & monitor, while the 1070/Ti is a better card, you don't seem to be looking to play anything that can really get the benefit out of it yet. You can get 1080p/60Hz on pretty much any game with good settings.

 

The balanced 1060 6G build gives you a Z-series platform, high speed memory, and it'll be in a position to accept a 8700(k) at some point if your need a CPU upgrade. It'll also be in a good point to buy a new GPU in 1-3 years and work perfectly.

@Taf the Ghost Ok, this is what I think I am deciding on, could you link a good, reputable motherboard that accepts a wifi card? Also would I be able to change the video card if I later decided to? If you see any problems please let me know. Thank you for helping me! means alot man

Any ATX motherboard will accept the WiFi card. That's not much of an issue. 

 

You'll be able to change the GPU without much issue in the future as well.
