Run a command to a game while tabbed out

So basically i want to be able to to hold space bar in a game while i have another window selected. So have the game running with spacebar being pressed but work on another monitor. Is there an application that would allow me to do this?

Well, kinda. There are software (multi-monitor ones) which claim to keep selected window active while you actually are using another. There are software like AHK which can use scripts on selected windows only. But if you would need to use spacebar on other window while using it in game window, that would be nope.
