I have a

MSI P67A-C43 MS 7673 Mobo

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU  3.40GHz
Underclocked to 2.8 GHz due to my default CPU Cooler.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti

8.0 GB of  ram idk what kind.

Found this all out with CPUID HWMonitor

Is anything bottlenecking with my computer?

Fortnite at EPIC settings runs at  1920x1080

FPS is Average 49, High 90, Lowest 28

Also if you need me to add or find anything else let me know~

I mean, your hardware is quite dated. Though Fortnite isnt an overly hard game, but the frames you have listed seem about right for the hardware listed. I would highly recommend you save up to do a platform upgrade.

Get a good cooler (with AM4 bracket so even Ryzen can use the same cooler), and modern mid range card, and it's good even for today.

RAM would be DDR3 for Sandy Bridge platforms so you might want to find a second hand 8GB stick. 8GB is alright, but you'll soon run into limitations once you start pushing the system hard. I wouldn't bother with a new cooler if it's just the regular 2600 and not a K series part. Though you won't be doing much overclocking if any on a P series chipset.

Perhaps get a more recent GPU, throw in a SSD and that thing would keep up for a few more years.

Not bottlenecking, just old. If you want to breath some new life into that system grab a cheap Hyper 212 for $25 to let it run at 3.4ghz, grab a 1060 3gb or a used 970 and go to town. It'll be a great 1080p gaming system.
