Emergency replacement

Tea1337

The fan on my stock AMD heatsink decided today would be a good day to die. I don't want to spend more than $18 and found this. Is this a good enough cooler until I build my new system? It appears to be good but I've never had experience with Zalman. Could I possibly be an improvement over the stock cooler? thanks.

Edit: The fan only lasted 2668 hours :(
