Microsoft Multiplexer Enabling

I have been working on trying to enable Microsoft Multiplexer apaptar protocol and have had no luck. When I go into the network properties I get an error message that it is going to be disabled.

You shouldn't enable this manually. It should be enabled when you enable NIC Teaming.
