Comments/suggestions for current build plan

So this build is going to be used primarily for editing and occasional 3D work (Blender). Are there any apparent issues/improvements I can make without drastic price increases?

Location: U.S.
Budget: Preferably under 1200
I'm planning on running 2 monitors with this build, and I'd probably want one of these to be a color correct monitor in the future.

I'd spring for a 650+ watt psu... other than that, looks good. Edit: Also, what cooler? That cpu doesn't have a cooler. And it can get really fking hot while rendering.

Actually, true RKRiley, I was thinking he had a 8700k... which... does suck more power when overclocked and not have a cooler xD

The 8700k doesn't have a cooler, but the 8700 does. Are you suggesting an additional CPU cooler?
