You don't mine Bitcoin with CPU or GPU. ASIC use is so entrenched in Bitcoin that not only is CPU/GPU mining obsolete, but older generation ASIC mining is obsolete.

I'm assume OP means they want to mine stuff and be paid in bitcoin. Not sure what's available either...

 

The other approach is to mine whatever is profitable for your hardware (maybe monero?) and then convert that to bitcoin later if that's what you want to hold longer term.
