hey so what is the highest temperature i should feel safe running my intel i7 8700k?

90°C on load & 30-40°C on idle

so 90 is fine at max, im getting about 70 on load.

If you reach 90°C too frequently and/or on too long period of times (hours&hours), it will shorten it's lifespan yes. But you gotta be damn extreme to achieve that, because it has mechanisms like thermalthrottling to protect itself

@Beer_Nontitjuok so i really dont have to even worry about temperatures of my cpu if it never gets over 70?

i just mainly play games on my pc, no rendering or heavy cpu activities
