I've been gaming on a gt 610 for about 5 years now , i want a bit of an upgrade (im not as big on gaming as i used to be ) i only play occasionally and i wanted  a cheaper rig - i found an offer : a gtx 750ti , 8gb of ddr3 1600MHz RAM, i3-4170 ... Would this be good for about 250 dollars ? Could i Upgrade to a better GPU later on , something like the gtx 1050ti ?

A better GPU in this build doesn't make sense, since you'll be bottlenecked by the reset of the system. 

Props for gaming on GT610, do you have LG true motion implemented in your brain?

What CPU do you have now?  Is there a GPU you could get for less than $250 that could replace your 610?

Save up for next xmas get a second hand i7 4770 and a new second hand GPU.

I did 4 years on a HD2000 i3-2120 xD did YouTube and gained and edited Videos in Sony Vegas Pro 13 and made 11k subs.

To be completely honest its not a problem with the gt 610 when i only played league of legends for the last two/three years , and before that i played other games like tf2 . For the cpu i have an a4 4000
