sometimes while am playing it freezes for a couple seconds and sometimes it crashes

How much ram is on your system?

 

Could be an issue thats due to your specs.

Remember to post specs for this type of question. Crashing/Lagging usually is a hardware related issue if your OS has already been optimized. 

"May your frame rates be high and your temperatures low"
