Blurry games windows 10

My games look super blurry on steam and im playing on high settings with anti aliasing on FXAA. Can someone please tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it?

I have tried messing with the in game settings and nothing seems to fix it. Please, any help is wanted and appreciated.

What is your resolution set to in-game?
