The best graph software for free ?

Hello!

So, as the title indicates, I'm looking for a free graph software to make graph obviously, can you guys help me out ?

I know there is OpenOffice but I'm looking for something more customizable, like the ability to insert my logo or something, IDK.

I expect nothing fancy to be honest, it's free so... But the best is always a plus.

HLEP ?
