Is this PSU good? (Secondhand)

Idk if u can see on the outside if theres something wrong with a psu. But if u can. Is There something wrong with this psu or is it safe?

One cannot say for certain if it is safe or not. It all depends upon the usage pattern of the previous owner and the total uptime it has faced.

 

And I have heard people say that you can test PSU by measuring the voltage of the rails. But I dont know anything about that.

So, I guess there is no way to tell for sure. So, run it until it works.

I wouldn't get a used PSU. Too sketchy and likely to break something.
