Quick question regarding fan header

As you can see, its a 3 pin header, but there is no tach pin.

and technically its a 2 pin since im not using the PWM.

So, is it okay to connect my pump (Corsair H55, 3 pin) to this header?

well thats a splitter. You can connect to it, it will just run the pump at 100% all the time with no control over the RPM.

yeah i know its a splitter, thats why i bought it at the first place. But the description says 3 pin, but i did not expect this kind of '3 pin'

so my pump will run just fine without the 3rd pin(tach)?

Yes, should work just fine.

Well, since its splitter, it would run pump at speeds set for thing on other header with rpm pin.

Splitters only read the rpm from one header so the 3rd pin isn't needed on the rest and the pwm signal for control is sent on the 4th pin.
