Are you sure they're long beeps and not short beeps?

 

5 short beeps indicate a CPU failure. Which CPU is installed? Otherwise it's probably RAM, yes.

My mate has GIGABYTE H110M-DS2, when he boots his PC we can hear 5 continuous long beeps (then reboots), correct me if I'm wrong. Is it RAM related? Like not seated properly or dead RAM maybe?

According to Gigabtyes specific boot codes for this specific motherboard, there is no 5 long beep error code.

According to this one: https://www.gigabyte.com/Support/Faq/816 Continuous long beeps is a memory issue though, so you are likely correct that it is related to an issue with RAM.

CPU's installed, and I think it's not short beeps.

Can't check the sound atm, sorry about that. But which CPU? Just to be sure. RAM is a safer thing to assume at this point, but still. If you run a Kaby Lake CPU on a Skylake board, the BIOS can be outdated sometimes, causing weird errors or downright refusal.

Nevermind, thank you everybody we managed to figure this out.

Yes it was RAM related.
