PCE Lanes

Can someone please help me find out how many PCI express lanes i have spare

 

Motherboard: MSI Gaming Plus x470

1x M.2

CPU: 2700x

1x GPU in the top PCI Slot

 

I basically want to add a device that requires being inserted into x8 PCIe slot  but i need 4 spare PCE-Lanes to make use of it. I need to know if i have 4 spare lanes left with the hardware specified above
