Cooler for 8600k

Hi i am thinking about uppgrading to I5 8600k and i want to do a oc to 5ghz cause i heard you can with good cooling. so now i wonder is there any Cooler under 70$ that you can do that. first i thougt about cm ml240l but there may be better options.

The ML240L performs well and should be enough for 5ghz but the included fans aren't great especially if you want a quiet cooler. 

What case and ram are you using?
