Is it approved by amd to rma the cpu if the result fails/errors on the test, if the cpu is before week 25 of fabrication? My problem is that I couldn't/can't afford that much time spent for replacing the cpu (the seller i bought the cpu from said about 45days for service and after all the huge amount of rma because of mining). I've been interested in just clearing out the problem and just sending it to get a replacement.

It is 45 days because of the replacements of mining burned gpu's etc, not the service itself, so yeah.

I have bought the cpu from a seller that's been getting components from Hungary into my country because of the price. He wants to help about the case, so we're gonna see about the feedback from amd if they officially confirm returning of older cpu's that have segfault. If that is true, he is going to send it and right away and I will just get the new one in return. If they do not confirm it(highly doubt it), we will send it to their service and I will have to wait even up to 50days.
