High DPC latency issues

Specs:

 

Win 10 home 64bit

bios version 7.40

i5 6600k

16gb(2x8gb) ddr4 hyperx savage

ASRock H170 Pro4S

2gb NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (Gigabyte)

120gb kingston ssd

1tb western digital blue hdd

600w psu

 

What I tried so far:

 

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING

fresh install of win10

fresh install of win7

updating to latest drivers

clean uninstall and install of new drivers

downgrading drivers

many commands and registry edits

updating bios

power management options

disabling and enabling certain devices

turning it off and on again

etc..

If I had to guess, your network port may be causing the issues.

So apparently i fixed this problem by switching my gpu to a different pcie slot, im glad i fixed the issue but i dont get it why would simply changing the pcie slot fix it?

edit: i also removed my wireless pcie card
