Best 140mm intake fans

I need two 140mm intake fans for my NZXT S340 Elite. What are the best fans I can get for under 15$ each? Thanks.

They look like generic fans and the wide gap between the fan blades and frame doesn't look promising.

Depending on how much you prefer to spend, these would be better:
