Graphics Card Upgrade

I want to have a way to upgrade my GPU on my computer but I don't know which one to choose that's under $100 and performs great on computers that support a USB type c port?

Are there any solutions for this?

You need a graphics card for external use?

 

finding something good under 100 is slim unless you buy used
