Bracket for prebuilt aio stuck...

Hi, i recently thought id rebuild my prebuilt.. i took everything apart fine, and thats all good, but then i tried putting the aio back on the cpu, and the bracket got stuck. It wont unscrew, and the plate that goes on the bottom portion of the mobo completely broke. I dont want anyone telling me how i shouldnt rebuild a prebuilt, i just want help and tips on how to remove it.

You'll have to grab some pliers or something like that to hold the plastic parts on the back of the motherboard, and unscrew the thumbscrews.

Don't panic.  U can still fix it but u may want to order another fan.  It should come with what u need to fix it if compatible

Pliers and screwdriver are your best friends here. Screwdriver will give you more torque and grip than thumbscrews. You might want to be super carefull with pliers not to scratch mobo. You could use tiny piece of cloth to grab plastic through it, "isolate" pliers from mobo.

Well, i already slightly scratched it, these are great ideas, but basically, theres a little metal thread inside the plastic pieces, and they turn with the screwdriver
