Chrome Slowing Down Computer

Hey everyone

I've had Chrome installed since 2016 and nothing was wrong with it. Recently around 3 weeks ago I soon as I open a Chrome window it runs my CPU to 100%, but if I kill one of the chrome tabs as you can see below in the video it will run perfectly fine. I can open 20 more windows and it won't do the same issue or have a bunch of tabs open and nothing will happen. Can someone help me with this issue.

Check your extensions. One of them is using up all the CPU. (Or at least appearing to do so).

Hit Shift(not shit lmao) and Esc at the same time. This will open up a task manager exclusively for chrome. Click on "CPU" and whatever is at the top is slowing down your CPU

Was going to post this exact thing. Yes, hit shift and ESC and whatever is using the highest CPU, remove it from google if you don't need it.
