Monitor arm?

I have the asus pg348q the 34 inch. and i want a monitor arm since the stand for this monitor are huge and it's taking too much space on my desk. I can't upgrade to a bigger desk due to the size of my room so a monitor arm seems the best solution. what monitor arm do you guys  recommend to buy that won't break the bank and it's good enough to hold my monitor. and do i need to dig any holes in my table to install the arm or not? or how does it work exactly?
