window transparency in windows

hello everyone,,,

i have a problem with new tabs in windows 10,,,each time i open a new window (specially dark windows) i can see a shadow of previous other programs' window through it,,,for example i opened a command prompt window then i opened fullscreen steam app over it and now i can see a shadow of command prompt box edges through steam's window...i tried changing windows transparency settings but that was an another thing effecting taskbar and didn't solve the problem....it's really annoying, everytime i want to see a picture i can see the shadow of windows underneath it through the picture....did  anyone experience this? can you help me fix this issue?
