We are looking into offering higher graphics capable terminal servers for business and we use the new AMD EPYC servers anyway and don't much like nVidia as a company not to mention we are "looking into" not yet rolling out and nVidias require licensing and other drama that makes them cost exceptionally more money.

So we found a used S7150 on the internet, but the test server we bought to test it did not. So I grabbed any old machine I had lying around which is a 4th gen Core i5, 8gb of ram and a 240gb ssd. I needed to drop in an nVidia GT710 for display output and Windows 10 sees the card.

I install the drivers and then I downloaded Blender and a test render, which is the guy that is firing a hairdryer or whatever it is. I then go to user settings, system and select OpenCL and I check the Firepro. I click on render and the CPU spikes to 100% and the graphics card sits at 0. The 710 is just doing its thing, handling system jobs.

Not sure what I am missing. Does anyone have any other ideas on what I could use to just test it.

It doesn't have video outputs, or at least it has a single DP but hidden behind the mounting bracket, not sure if I could pop it off and plug a monitor in their or not.
