What Should I Upgrade?

I have had my current PC for 1 year now, so I want to do an upgrade. Here is my current setup: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rLpnzM. I have a budget of $300 dollars, and I mostly play mediocre to somewhat demanding games like Rocket League, Fortnite, and Overwatch. I do not plan to upgrade my PC for another year after this, but I can wait to upgrade if some manufacturer is going to release a good budget part. Thanks!

Either RAM or CPU for me personally, or both if you can get some good deals. You could either get an R5 1600 or an R5 2600. Wouldn't go more than that without upgrading the PSU.

I would probably consider switching to a SSD for Os and some important games

Main PC = I5 7600K @4.5ghz, Asus Gtx1070, 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz, 480GB SSD, Msi Z270 Mobo.

As being said, considering your budget - SSD will probably have most noticeable impact on your performance and I would do the same thing.

I'd go with the 2600. Performs better in games, can overclock a little higher and it's just a newer part. The 2600 should only be 10 or 20 bucks more than the 1600.
