I need help

I bought a cool master pro 5 rgb case n a msi z370 motherboard A-pro but on my motherboard it was missing a certain plug in to power my led light on my 3 fans so after I put the entire thing together I got my fans power but not the led lighting it was the JRGB1 those 4 needles was not there on my motherboard so how or what do I look for to see if my motherboard is compatible with my cool master case

Your motherboard does not have an RGB header, so you need to buy an RGB controller seperately. Make sure the controller connects to a USB 2.0 port, as your motherboard has 2, marked as 'JUSB1~2'

yes in that bottom left corner the 4 needles that suppose to be there is not on my mother board so idk if that was a mistake or if there's another place on the MB to install my 3 to 1 cable thing or is there also another plug coming out of my case to go into my MB

It's normal. That RGB header would be functional in a higher end model. The thing is, you bought the cheaper model, so MSI chopped that feature off so people who wants RGB would spend more for it.
